For creators and for teams

The work,
the paperwork,
the handover.

Vandall is one place for the audio and everything attached to it — from the first bounce you send to the package the label opens.

One project open in the Vandall app: the track list on the left, and on the right the release package with the v3 master marked as the main audio, the stems, the cover and a signed split sheet

Send the entire package

One link opens a page with the audio, the artwork and the credits already on it. Whoever you send it to plays it in a browser with no account to make, and the link does not expire on a timer.

  • Comments, downloading, cover art and a password are each a toggle on the link.
  • The file arrives as it left — nothing is transcoded on the way in or out.
The page a recipient with no account opens from a Vandall link: cover art, the file named and credited, a download with its size, and a waveform under a transport

Collaborate

The notes land on the audio

A note left at 1:04 opens the file at 1:04. Four people can be on four different moments of the same mix, and nobody has to write “somewhere around the second verse” ever again.

  • Comments attach to the second of audio they are about, not to a thread.
  • The whole conversation stays on the file, so it is still there next session.
A mix open in Vandall with its waveform and four comments pinned to their own timestamps — 0:41, 1:04, 1:24 and 1:52 — each written by a named person about that moment in the audio

Versions

Every bounce stays where you left it

Upload the new mix and the old one does not go anywhere. The master is marked as the main audio, so nobody spends a week on something that was superseded on Tuesday.

  • Version history is bounded by your storage, not by a clock.
  • WAV, AIFF, MP3 and the rest arrive as they left, at full quality.
A release open on its files tab in Vandall Business: the v3 master marked as the main audio with v1 listed under it, the stems, the cover and a signed split sheet, each with its size and modified date

Deliver

Hand over the whole release, not a zip

The release package is the audio, the artwork, the metadata and the credits checked for gaps and published as one link. Partner review, radio, PR, sync or a fast demo all open the same page.

  • Cover art, audio, the full metadata and the credits arrive on one page.
  • The signed split sheet sits in the same list as the audio it describes.
The release package a recipient opens from the link: the cover art, the track and artist, play and download-all, the full metadata block, and the credits with their splits

Next to the tools you know

Real marks for every tool, nothing from the roadmap. The specialist tools are good at their specialty; Vandall is where the whole release lives.
