From two decades of frustration

Rasmus spent twenty years inside the music industry: Universal, Sony, Warner. Twenty years watching releases stitched together across email threads, file-share links that expired, spreadsheets that drifted, and split sheets that nobody actually signed until someone got paid wrong.

The fix didn't need to be another piece of enterprise software. It needed to feel closer to a messaging app. Somewhere a producer in Lagos, a label in Helsinki, and a manager in LA could meet around the music itself, not the busywork around it.

Vandall® has been independent since 2024. We work across two offices, one on each side of the Gulf of Finland: Helsinki and Tallinn. The team is small, and the roadmap is set by the people who build it.

Vandall® OÜ is registered in Estonia. Your files and contracts run on EU infrastructure. No outside owner sets the direction; the founders do.
