Welcome to Vandall OÜ (the “Provider”). By using the Vandall platform (“Vandall”) and all services provided on Vandall (collectively the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
References to “Provider,” “Vandall,” “we,” “our,” or “us” pertain to Vandall OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia with VAT number EE102739965 and registry code 16904181, whose principal office is at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Mustamäe linnaosa, Laki tn 24/2, 12915, Estonia
2. Use of the Service
The Service includes:
- Vandall OÜ’s website, located at vandall.com, and any iOS, Android, or web apps we make available, as those services may be updated, relocated, or otherwise modified from time to time.
- Audio file collaboration tools, release operations tools, and related creator workflows made available through the Site and Apps.
- All content on the Site and Apps and all intellectual property rights arising out of or related to the foregoing.
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Service, you warrant that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 Account Creation
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable national or international law.
- Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors.
- Transmitting unsolicited promotional material.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Engaging in any fraudulent or harmful activity.
- Storing excessive amounts of data unrelated to music collaboration.
- Using the Service as general cloud storage for purposes not aligned with advancing musical projects.
Vandall provides storage and collaboration tools to support music-related projects. Users are expected to use the platform reasonably and in alignment with their music-related endeavors. Abuse of storage space or use of the Service for unrelated purposes may result in account restrictions or termination at our discretion.
2.4 Service Modifications
Vandall may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. Your Content and Permissions
3.1 Your Content
When you use our Services, you provide us with files, content, messages, and other materials (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. These Terms do not grant us any rights to Your Content except for the limited rights necessary to provide the Services.
3.2 Permissions
By using our Services, you give us permission to host, back up, process, and share Your Content as necessary to provide the Services. This permission extends to our affiliates and trusted third parties acting on our behalf.
4. Communications
We may send you service, support, billing, security, and product-related communications that are necessary to operate the Service.
Marketing, newsletter, or promotional materials are governed by a separate consent choice. Creating an account, contacting us, or using the website does not by itself subscribe you to marketing communications. Where we offer marketing signups, they require a distinct opt-in and you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing hello@vandall.com.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
5.1 Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Email, name, surname, and optional profile picture for authentication and service personalization.
- IP address, device identifiers, and rough location for service security, diagnostics, and analytics.
- User-generated content, including audio, files, images, metadata, comments, and collaboration records needed for product features.
- Necessary cookie and local-storage preferences to remember your consent choices on the website.
- Optional website analytics and experiment persistence only after you explicitly opt in.

5.2 Third-Party Services
We use or may use the following third-party services in connection with the Service:
- PostHog for consented analytics and experimentation on the public website.
- Brevo for opt-in marketing subscriptions, transactional email, and related communications where separately authorized by you. (Brevo replaced HubSpot in early 2026.)
- Firebase for login, app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, and notifications in relevant product experiences.
- Sentry for bug tracking and monitoring.
- Cloudflare for marketing-website hosting and edge delivery, Fly.io for the business dashboard, and DigitalOcean for application hosting. Similar infrastructure providers may be added as needed.
5.3 No AI Training on User Data
Vandall has signed the Statement on AI Training. Vandall commits not to use user content, including audio files, project metadata, comments, agreements, and other material uploaded to or generated within the Service, to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. This commitment applies globally, regardless of where the user is located or where the data is processed, and applies whether the model is operated by Vandall or by a third-party provider engaged by Vandall.
Where the Service uses AI-assisted features, Vandall contracts only with providers whose terms prohibit them from using submitted data to train their models. Vandall does not sell or share user content for model-training purposes. As of the effective date of these Terms, Vandall does not have routine technical access to the audio content stored by users on the Service; this pledge is intentional and binds Vandall even if that access pattern changes in the future.

6. Marketing Usage
If you log in using a company email, Vandall reserves the right to use the company logo for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
7.1 Billing
Certain parts of the Service may require payment. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the Service.
7.2 Subscriptions
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings.
7.3 Fee Changes
Vandall holds the right to change variable fees from time to time. We will notify you of any fee changes in advance, allowing you to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new fees.
8. Termination
8.1 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion without notice for any violation of these Terms or other applicable policies.
8.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Vandall and its affiliates, suppliers, and distributors will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any loss of use, data, business, or profits, regardless of legal theory.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Estonia, unless prohibited by law.
11. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If an update affects your use of the Services, we will notify you in advance. By continuing to use the Services after the updates come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
