Drag a file at the studio. Pick it up on the train.

Upload a mix from the desktop browser, leave the studio, and the same project opens on your phone with the same files and the same comments. No re-uploading, no lost takes.

  • Web upload, mobile playback, identical project state.
  • Lossless WAV, AIFF, FLAC stay at original quality across devices.
  • Activity feed tells you what changed since the last time you looked.

Vandall web send tab uploading a multitrack project

Hear the second-chorus issue at 1:42. And reply at 1:42.

Tap the waveform on a phone, drop a timestamped note, and the producer opens the project on desktop at the exact bar. Threaded replies stay under the comment they answer.

  • Timestamped comments anchor to the exact second on the track.
  • Threaded replies keep one decision per thread.
  • Resolve a thread when the fix is in. Keeps the open list short.

The split sheet went out at soundcheck. It came back signed before the encore.

Send an agreement from the road, the co-writer opens it on their phone, signs in two taps, and the project flips to release-ready. PDF and CSV export waiting on the desktop when you get home.

  • E-sign agreements from iOS or Android. No PDF detour.
  • PDF and CSV export from the project once everyone signs.
  • Release-readiness score updates the moment a signature arrives.

Record a voice memo. Share a stem. Get notes back before doors.

Drop a take into the project from your phone, fire a share link to the manager, watch the listen-time analytics come back per recipient. The link does not expire. Same one still works tomorrow.

  • Mobile uploads land in the same project as desktop uploads.
  • Share links never expire; password protection is optional.
  • Per-recipient listen-time tells you who actually played the file.

On the roadmap

A desktop folder-sync app is on the way

The web app handles uploads, comments, and approvals today. A native macOS and Windows build with folder sync is on the roadmap. We will say more when there is something real to ship.
