Do the people I share with need a Vandall account?
No. They open the link, play the track and leave a comment without signing up, installing anything or making an account. Read Share a file with a link
Can I put a password on a link?
Yes. Switch on Password when you share and type one in. Send the password separately from the link, so one forwarded email does not carry both. Read Share a file with a link
Does the Vandall App cost anything?
The App doesn’t bill you and has no plans, upgrades or payment settings. If your label or organisation pays for Vandall, that’s arranged between you and them. Read Set up your account and accreditations
What is the difference between the App and Vandall Business?
Creators work in the App, on the web, iOS or Android. Labels and teams work in Vandall Business. Both work on the same tracks, files, credits and agreements. Read What Vandall Is
Can I bring in the catalog I already have?
Yes. Import a CSV: every row becomes a track, and every artist in the file is matched to your roster. Read Import tracks from a CSV
- Build a roster of the artists you work withAdd every act on your label to the Roster on your Users page, with a photo and a short description. Each one gets its own folder in the catalog.
- Invite the people behind an artistAttach the artist, their producer and their manager to a roster member, then invite them by email. They reach that artist’s folder and nothing else in your workspace.
- Move a roster person onto your teamPromote someone working under an artist to a full workspace member when they start doing label work. The artist work they already had stays with them.
