A folder per artist

Add the acts you work with to your roster and each one gets its own folder. Invite the artist, their producer and their manager straight into it: they reach that artist and nothing else on your label. What they upload from the app is on your dashboard without anybody sending a file.

An artist is a record, not a login, so one works with nobody attached to it.

Every release, one list

Every release your label runs sits in one list, with its cover, its artist, the dates and the people working on it. Pick an artist on the roster row above the list and it narrows to their releases.

Spreadsheet to workspace

Bring the catalog in. Import a CSV and Vandall maps your columns to its fields. Duplicate ISRCs and bad rows come back flagged. You sign off before anything saves.
Work on it where it lives. Files, tasks, metadata, credits and agreements sit on the release itself. A comment attaches to the second of audio it is about, so nobody writes another paragraph describing a timestamp.
Send a package, not a folder. One link carries the art, the audio, the description and the downloads, under your name. Partners open it in a browser. Nothing to install, no account to make.
