Agreement Signing Didn't Complete

Open the track's Agreements tab. Under each agreement's name you'll see how many participants it has and how many have signed, such as "4 participants • 3 signed". The badge on the right only changes to Signed when everyone has signed. One missing signature holds up the whole agreement.

Look for people added by name only, with no email address. They appear on the PDF, but they can't sign inside Vandall. In the split sheet wizard, they show as red rows marked No email defined. Collect their signatures separately, on paper or with an e-signature tool, and update the PDF outside Vandall.

If someone says they signed but the count hasn't changed, ask them to open the Agreements tab in the App again. The status refreshes when they come back to it, and they'll see any problem that stopped their signature going through.

Ask every signer to add their IPI in Settings before the last person signs. A missing IPI doesn't block anyone, because signing only asks for a full name. But the signed PDF is created when the last participant signs, using everyone's accreditations as they are at that moment. An IPI added before then is on the sheet. One added after is not.

If a participant's details are wrong, such as their name or split percentage, don't work around it. Cancel the agreement and run the split sheet wizard again. A split sheet that doesn't match what the PRO has on record leads to royalties being held in dispute later.
