Previewing and Sharing Files
Play audio with waveform visualization, preview images and PDFs, leave timestamped comments, and share files with anyone via a link.

Open a file preview
Tap any file in your project to open the preview. Audio files show a waveform player. Images show full-screen previews. PDFs render inline.

Use the audio player
The waveform player lets you tap to seek, play/pause, and rewind/fast-forward 15 seconds. File details (format, duration, bitrate, sample rate) appear below.

Leave timestamped comments
Below the file preview, type a comment and check "Timestamp" to pin it to the current playback position. Your comment shows a clickable time badge.

Share a file externally
Tap Share to generate a link. Anyone with the link can preview the file — audio player, waveform, details — without a Vandall account. Use your device's share sheet to send via Messages, WhatsApp, or email.
