Run a Listening Session with A&R

Share a track with your A&R, collect timestamped feedback live, and resolve comments without a call.

3 min·5 steps·Updated 2026-04-20

In short

  • One link, no account required on the listener's side.
  • Every comment is clickable — tap the timestamp to jump.
  • Revoke the link after the session if the track isn't public yet.

A&R listens and drops timestamped comments

On the share page, your A&R taps the waveform at any point to leave a comment pinned to that exact moment. No account is needed. Their comments land in your comment thread in real time.

What your A&R sees. Waveform click = timestamped comment.
  2. 3

    Watch comments come in

Keep the file open on your device. Each new comment appears with a clickable timestamp. Tap any comment to jump the player to that exact moment — useful when they flag something at "1:42 — snare too hot."

  3. 4

    Reply and resolve

Reply inline to keep the conversation tied to the moment. Once a note is addressed — e.g. you pushed a new mix and the snare issue is fixed — mark the comment resolved so the thread stays readable.

Tips

  • Keep the track in a Draft state during the session. Published releases are intended for distribution, not feedback passes.
  • Ask your A&R to use timestamps, not "around the bridge." The clickable badges save hours of replay.
