Reviewing Agreements and Split Sheets
View agreements your artists created in the Vandall App, preview signed PDFs, and track signing progress from the dashboard.

Open a project's Agreements tab
Navigate to any project and click "Agreements." You'll see all agreements tied to this release with name, participant count, signatures collected, and status.

Understand agreement statuses
Agreements move through three statuses: Draft (being edited, not yet sent), Pending (sent, waiting for signatures), and Signed (all parties signed, agreement locked).

Preview the agreement PDF
Click the preview button on any agreement to view the full text, contributor names, roles, split percentages, and signatures collected so far.

Download agreement PDFs
Click the download button to save a PDF copy. The PDF includes all details and signatures. You can download at any time — even before all parties have signed. Agreements also support name-only participants who don't have a Vandall account.
