Managing Credits
Add contributors, assign roles like Producer or Songwriter, and keep credits accurate for distribution and PRO registration.

View the credits card
On any project's Metadata tab, scroll to the Credits section. You'll see a read-only card showing all contributors grouped by role.

Open the credits editor
Click "Edit" on the Credits card. The editor shows each person as a card with toggleable role pills.

Add a person and assign roles
Click "Add Person" to search for workspace members or type a name for external collaborators. Toggle role pills to assign roles — you can assign multiple roles to one person.

Save and verify
Click "Save" to apply. These credits are submitted to distributors and appear on streaming platforms, so verify everyone is listed correctly before publishing.
Tips
- You can assign multiple roles to one person (e.g. Producer + Mixing Engineer).
- External collaborators can be added by name without needing a Vandall account.
