A Collaborator Can't See My Project
Why an invited collaborator doesn't see a project, and how to fix it without re-inviting.
In short
- Workspace invite and project invite are separate.
- Check the email they signed up with matches the invited address.
- Member role only sees projects they're a project-member of.
- 1
Confirm they accepted the workspace invite
Workspace invitations and project invitations are separate. A pending workspace invite must be accepted first — it appears at the top of the workspace selector when they log in. Projects they're added to show up only after they're inside the workspace.
- 2
Confirm they're a project member
Open the project and click the member avatars in the header. Your collaborator should appear in the list. If not, add them here by email — workspace membership alone doesn't grant project access for Member-role users.
- 3
Confirm they signed in with the invited email
If they signed up with a different email than the one invited, their accounts don't link. Ask them which email they used; if it's the wrong one, delete the pending invite and re-invite the correct address.

For App collaborators: confirm they accepted
Artists joining via the Vandall App need to tap-accept the workspace invite on their device, same as the dashboard. Sending the QR code from the Members dialog is often faster than waiting on the email.
- 5
Check their role
Workspace Members only see projects they're a member of. If you want them to see everything in the workspace, change their role to Admin on the Users page.
