Workspace Switch Lost My Work
What actually happens when you switch workspaces, and why "lost work" is almost always looking at the wrong workspace.

- Your work isn't lost — you're looking at a different workspace.

Your work is saved — you're just in a different workspace
Switching workspaces changes which organization's data you see. It doesn't delete, move, or modify anything. Projects you created in Workspace A still exist in Workspace A, even if you're now looking at Workspace B.

Switch back to find the missing project
Use the workspace name in the sidebar to return to the workspace selector. Pick the workspace where you created the project. Projects are scoped to a workspace, so the same project never appears in two workspaces.

Check that you were on the right account
If you have a personal account and a label-invited account on the same email, you only see one at a time. If you created the project on the wrong account, sign out and back in with the other.

Still missing?
Confirm the project wasn't deleted by someone else on the team (it would show in Activity). If it's truly gone and wasn't deleted, contact support with the workspace name and approximate creation date.
