Working with Your Label

How your work in the Vandall App connects to your label's dashboard — what they see, how projects flow, and how to collaborate effectively.

  1. 1

    Accept your label's invitation

Your label sends an invitation via email or a direct link. When you accept, their workspace appears in your project list. Projects they've created for you show up alongside your own.

  2. 2

Upload and your label sees it

When you upload audio files, fill metadata, or add cover art, your label sees everything in real-time on their dashboard. They don't need to wait for you to "send" anything.

  3. 3

    Publish a release for review

When your project is ready, go to the Send tab and publish as Draft (for feedback) or Published (for distribution). Your label sees the release immediately with all files, metadata, credits, and agreement status.

  4. 4

    Sign agreements from your label

When your label needs a split sheet signed, you receive a notification. Review the terms and sign with your legal name — IPI/IPN numbers from your profile are pre-filled.

  5. 5

    Track your release readiness

Open the Send tab and tap "Release Requirements" to see what's still needed. Missing items link to the section where you can fix them.
