Find tracks in the Catalog
By the end you’ll be able to find any track in your workspace from one list, narrow it to one artist, and act on several tracks at once.
Before you start
- A workspace with tracks. Add one with New track on Home, or import a CSV.

Open the Catalog
Click Catalog in the sidebar, or Open catalog on Home. Every track in the workspace is in one list, including the tracks filed in folders.
- You now see your tracks with their covers, artists, dates and members, and your roster above them.

Show one artist’s tracks
Click an artist’s portrait in the roster rail. To see every track again, click the portrait a second time or click Clear filter.
- You now see only that artist’s tracks, with their name under the title.

Search and filter
Type a track or artist name in Search tracks.... Click Filter to narrow the list further, and Default view to switch to a saved view or create one.
- You now see the tracks that match.

Work on several tracks
Click ⋮ beside Create Track and choose Select rows, then tick the tracks. Use Add to playlist or Move to folder in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
- You now see the action applied to every selected track.
- ⋮ at the end of a single track’s row has the same actions for that one track, plus Edit Track and Delete Track.
