Preview files and leave comments
By the end you’ll have played a file in your browser and left feedback pinned to the exact second it’s about, so nobody has to guess which part you mean.
Before you start
- A track with at least one uploaded audio file. Images and PDFs preview the same way.

Open a file
Open the track’s Files tab and click the name of the file you want to hear or see.
- You now see the file preview, with a details sidebar on the right.

Play it
Click the Play button under the waveform, or click anywhere on the waveform to jump to that point. The sidebar on the right shows the file’s duration, bitrate and sample rate under Audio Info.
- You now see the playhead moving along the waveform.

Comment at a timestamp
Click the comments card at the bottom of the sidebar to open Comments. Pause where you want to comment, type your note in the box at the bottom, tick Timestamp to pin it to that moment, and press Enter.
- You now see your comment in the thread with its timestamp. Click the timestamp to jump the player there.

Preview an image or PDF
Click an image or PDF in Files. It opens in the same preview. Click Open in the header to view it at full size in a new tab, or click the file name to rename it.
- You now see the file in the preview, with its details in the sidebar on the right.
