Managing Your Team and Roles

Invite A&Rs, managers, and artists to your workspace. Understand the three roles and what each can do.

    Open the invite dialog

    Go to "Users" in the sidebar. You'll see a table of all current members and pending invitations. Click "Invite User" to open the multi-invite dialog.

    Add emails and assign roles

    Enter an email address and pick a role. You can add multiple rows to invite several people at once. Owner — full control including workspace settings and billing. Admin — can invite and remove members, manage projects. Member — can collaborate on assigned projects.

    Track pending invitations

    After sending, invitations appear with a pending badge. The invitee receives an email. If they already have a Vandall account, the workspace appears in their workspace list immediately. You can delete a pending invitation if sent to the wrong address.

    Change roles or remove members

    Click the role dropdown on any member to change their role. You can remove members entirely — they lose access immediately. You cannot remove the last remaining Owner or change your own role.
