Adding Project Members and Sharing
Invite collaborators to a project by email or share link. Work with external artists using the Vandall App and control who has access.

Open the Members dialog
In any project, click the member avatars or "Members" button in the project header. You'll see all current members with their roles.

Invite by email
Click "Add" to open the invite form. Enter the person's email and select a role. Click "Send Invite" — they receive an email notification.

Work with external artists
Artists collaborate through the Vandall App while you manage from the dashboard. They can upload tracks, fill metadata, create split sheets, and publish releases. Everything appears in your dashboard in real-time.

Change roles or remove members
Click the three-dot menu on any member to change their role or remove them. Removing revokes access immediately.
